i looked for the stat legend but couldnt find one....i have no idea what 'ba' represents.

Pretty sure it is "Block Attempt". It means a player had a shot attempt that was blocked. If you notice if team "A" has 5 blocked shots for the game, then there will be 5 "BA's" on the team "B". Not quite sure why they are keeping that stat.

OR HOW MANY TIMES THAT PLAYER GOT BLOCKED

It stands for Blocks Against. It lets you know how many times that player had his shot blocked.
BA stands for "blocks against" (i.e. how many times you were blocked). It's a pretty lousy stat category.
